Justin M. Gaynor

Justin is Co-Founder of Gaynor Page where he is actively involved in the Firm’s Corporate, Start-up, Outside General Counsel, and Mergers & Acquisitions practice areas. Justin is based in the firm’s Los Angeles office but can regularly be found in New York and in the firm’s Austin office. His clients include family offices, private equity funds, principals of private equity and real estate funds, high net worth individuals, angel investors, start-ups and small and mid-sized businesses.

Justin’s experience as an entrepreneur and business owner, and as an attorney leading financings and M&A transactions, allows him to bring a unique set of experiences to the practice of law and to truly understand the business needs of the firm’s clients.

Prior to co-founding Gaynor Page, Justin joined a boutique corporate law firm as its first employee and played an integral role in the growth and expansion of that firm. He also founded Gaynor Law Group, P.C., the predecessor firm to Gaynor Page.

As an active member of the community and proud Trojan alumnus, Justin currently serves on the USC Alumni Association Board of Governors, is President-Emeritus of the USC Marshall Alumni Association LA Chapter, and serves as a mentor as part of USC’s Society 53 mentorship program.  Previously, Justin served on the USC Alumni Leadership Conference Planning Committee and the USC Marshall Alumni Association Executive Board.

Justin was born and raised in New York and currently maintains strong ties with both coasts.  Justin enjoys attending sporting events, hiking with his wife and good food.  He and his wife just welcomed their first little girl into their family.
